Thanks dear that was helpful. You are right may be scripted links are far different than hyperlinks. Further I read in the wiki that web spamming is of two kinds i.e content and link spamming. since you don’t use hyperlinks rather use script so may be it is not spamming at all.
How long have you been using that script? If more than 8-9 months than I guess it is a clear prove that it is safe method.

i don’t think it is spamming. first, those sites included (the outgoing links) have provided the permission by asking to be included in the list, hence it is not considered spamming.

it may look like a linkfarm because i have multiple link but it actually is not because there is a script provided, not just links.

getting banned? i don’t think so. there are several sites that has the same script, and they have been on for quite sometime before me. assuming they would ban me for some reason, they can only ban the ads protion of the site, not the website.
