The Thirtieth List

It just wouldn’t stop coming…

I am now on the 30th serving of these lousy list articles. Articles that were least beautiful but I found personally necessary. These are needed to reciprocate links for those kind webmasters and blog owners who have found us and linked us.

And the small problem that I have had earlier on how to accommodate these new incoming links to our Entredropper batches -and by the rate it was going- future incoming links, had been solved. I have added five more batches on the fray.

So don’t be surprised when you see 5 more “bats” flying on the page numbered 31-35. Continue Reading…

The Twenty-Ninth List

Just as I kept on cleaning the Entredropper lists of alien blogs, blogs that no longer needed to be there, sites that no longer had the requirements to be included on our droplists, the links just kept on coming.

Now we are on our twenty-ninth lousy post about lists. The 30 batches had been filled, totally. And I had to worry on how to accommodate these new links.

I have taken out my freeloader site on the list. I had taken out some of my friends whose links I have added as a complement. But as a matter of being fair, I had to take them out.

Now I am thinking, to accommodate them all, i had to either add more batches, instead of having just 30 batches, make it 35.  Or add more links on one batch, instead of ten sites listed on one batch, I could probably make it eleven.

I haven’t decided yet, but for sure I will try to come up with new ways to continue to reciprocate.

While I am contemplating about it, let us all welcome these new links that appears on our Entredropper batches for now. As always, HAPPY ENTRECARDING!!!

Entrecard No More

entrecard no moreThese days, things at entrecard are beginning to feel different. I think most users would agree that indeed, things are a-changin.

Back when Entrecard founder Graham Langdon was at the helm,  despite criticisms on the effects of the system like bounce rates and such, still, one could feel the sense of community there.

The way the business operate may not be populist (as is on most business models) but at least I found it somehow democratic. When something needs to change, proposals would be presented for everybody to see, reflect, and discuss. Continue Reading…

The Twenty-Eight List

And the lists just keep on going, and going, and growing.

A big thanks to all you out there who kept on linking to us in the past couple of weeks. The links kept growing that sometimes I find it hard to keep up. I had to constantly update the lists on our Entredropper batches.

For one, all the 30 batches had been filled, that I had to take out my other site (it does not have any entrecard widget) that I consider a freeloader here. Continue Reading…

The Terminal

The TerminalI don’t want to be in an airport terminal. Except when I’m the one who’s flying, I never really liked the airport scene. The atmosphere is usually… well… frantic.

You could tell the Filipino travelers apart from the rest of the pack of thousands. They always have their balikbayan boxes for a luggage.

Inside their “luggage” you can find not just goodies but hopes and dreams that will eventually be shared to love ones anxiously waiting on the other side of the world. Continue Reading…

The Twenty-Seventh List

They just kept on coming.

This past week, I had to come up with new spaces to accommodate all of them. Luckily, when I did my maintenance check, I found quite a few number of broken links and other sites that were previously listed but no longer had the requirements to justify their existence on our Entredropper batch lists.

I almost had to purge other “specially accommodated” sites to make room for the continuous influx of new sites and blogs that have linked to us. Well, almost. Continue Reading…
