I just thought I want to share some stuff that’s been on my dashboard and thank those who helped made this site where it is right now.

I started building up this site sometime last December 2008. Having had enough free practice using blogspot, I was swayed by fellow blogger friends to make my way to wordpress and have it hosted.

Using my techguru’s discount pass, I bought it cheap. I was able to buy a year of hosting services plus a free domain from dreamhost. I bought a domain and hosting for my Tagalog site. Then as recommended by a fellow Batangenyo, I bought another domain name from namecheap. That domain name was www.iamburaot.com. And instead of buying another hosting services for it, my tech guru told me to just add it up to my existing host.

Believe me, I had no idea what I was doing let alone how to set the whole thing up. I was thinking, if it didn’t work out, I’ll lose the money I bought for the hosting and the domain, too bad.

But with a lot of help from blogger friends specially my techguru, we were able to start the sites running. I officially opened this site January 2009. That was six months ago.

Thanks for those who dropped their ec’s using the entredropper system. Special thanks to those people who visit. More to those who comment. Most to those who have helped. I know I still need a lot of work to do, design and otherwise. But like they say, content will always be king.

I am not bragging here (there’s nothing to brag really),  just trying to feel the thing, whatever that is.
