It's a first link first serve basis. So whoever linked first would end up on the lower number of Batch (Batch 1,2..). And as long as they have the widget, and my badge or my link, they will stay there. If they are no longer active entrecard members, no widget, my badge or link missing, I will have the option to bump some other sites up. As of now, the whole 30 batches are not complete. Only up to Batch 20.
