Cleaning Up The Batches
The main objective of the Entredropper system is to give entrecard members an alternative to quick-dropping, provide a convenient platform for them to drop cards the easy way at the least possible time.
Without, of course, undermining the entire entrecard network.
As I have posted answers to some legit concerns on the system, I am continuously updating the list of batches to make sure the of the following:
1. There is an entrecard widget on the site
2. The site is still an active member of entrecard
3. The page does not load too long
4. The Entredropper badge or link is present
The last part of course is not that of a major thing. At least for now. We have to realize that sometimes a site owner would upgrade, update and rebuild their sites. And along this lines, sometimes links and widget tend to disappear out of nowhere.
If I found them to have the links/badges before and now is absent, I will give them ample time to do it. Besides, the whole 30 batches ain’t full yet. So far we have filled Batches 1-20 with sites that either have linked to us or are displaying our badges. Until we fill up the whole thirty batches, then I think it’s time to get strict with that last requirement.
The only execption to this rule would be my other site. Since I am the one running the show, I hope you won’t put me at fault for adding another site as a freeloader here.
This System Maintenance is to ensure that our system would only have sites with valid entrecard widgets, and with easier loading time. This is to continue to provide a hassle-free dropping experience for everyone including myself.
So far, I have taken down six sites that have no entrecard widget and two sites including one of mine that were no longer active members of the entrecard community.
And I will notify other sites that no longer display our badge nor our link.
With your help, we will continue to clean up the batches to continue giving a hassle-free dropping experience. If you notice something amiss, just buzz me anytime.

Hi Chriss, I have added your three sites, and they’re all on Batch 20. The linkback lovin for your sites will be posted next week with the post “11th List”.
But the sites are already in the batches and can be dropped upon now.

buraot, how often do you do change the sites on the 30 batches? or do we just continue to drop on the same sites over and over?

hi Bria, sorry for the late reply.. actually the lists are semi-permanent if I may say. It’s a first link first serve basis. So whoever linked first would end up on the lower number of Batch (Batch 1,2..).
And as long as they have the widget, and my badge or my link, they will stay there. If they are no longer active entrecard members, no widget, my badge or link missing, I will have the option to bump some other sites up.
As of now, the whole 30 batches are not complete. Only up to Batch 20. The rest are sites that I just included so droppers would have a place to drop their cards.
